“A lot of loose gravel and wheel spin in third and fourth gear. That was really smooth. Not
rough at all but a lot of loose gravel.”

“I have some moments early in the stage. My pace notes were really aggressive. After
that I had to go down a bit on the attack.”

Damaged the suspension on the stage with the front left damper punching through the
bonnet after he was fastest at the split times. He managed to crawl to the
stage finish. He lost 3min 32sec. “I don’t know. Something has broken. We did not hit
anything. Unlucky.”

“It’s like a different rally to yesterday, a lot more loose and no rocks to avoid on the road. It
will be interesting to see how it develops. They are probably a bit too twisty for my driving
